Do you offer home internet?

Not yet, but they are actively working on a home WiFi solution. In the meantime, customers can express their interest by filling out a form on their website to help prioritise the service.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. You can bring your number to Paradise Mobile by selecting “bring my number” when signing up online. You will be given a temporary Paradise number while your existing number is transferred, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

What phones work on the Paradise Mobile network?

For the best experience, they recommend specific models with updated software: Apple: iPhone XR and newer (requires iOS version 18.5 or higher). Google: Pixel 6 and newer (requires Android version 15 or higher). Samsung: Most A Series, S21 and newer, Z Flip 5 and newer, and Z Fold 4 and newer (requires Android version 15 and One UI 7.0 or higher; device suffix should be “B” or “E”).

How do I sign up?
